Therapy & Coaching

LONDON | DEAL | ONLINE

I offer therapy, coaching, and specialist case management for individuals and couples. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and focused on helping people move towards sustainable change.

Initial Consultation

I offer an initial 15–30 minute phone or video call so we can get a sense of whether working together feels right. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and this conversation gives you space to share a little about what’s bringing you here, ask questions, and decide whether you’d like to move forward.

Fee: POA

Individual Therapy / Coaching (50 minutes)

Individual therapy provides a space to slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin working towards meaningful change. People come to therapy for many different reasons — including eating disorders, addiction, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck.

Our first full session takes the form of an assessment, where we begin to build a shared understanding of your experiences, current challenges, and what you would like to change or work towards. After this, sessions are usually booked in blocks of four to support continuity and momentum in the work.

Case Management

Some people I work with are supported by multiple professionals or services at the same time. When this happens, treatment can sometimes feel fragmented or overwhelming. Case management provides a way of bringing care together so that it feels more joined up, consistent, and manageable.

This might involve liaising with psychiatrists, dietitians, GPs, treatment providers, or family members (with consent), supporting care planning, coordinating transitions between services, and helping maintain momentum in recovery.

Case management is often helpful when:

Eating disorder treatment involves multiple professionals | Someone is planning or returning from inpatient or residential treatment

Addiction recovery involves medical and community support | Families are navigating complex care systems

  • Additional clinical oversight or coordination is needed

This is offered as a specialist support alongside therapy or as part of a wider plan of care.

Fee: POA

Groups & Workshops

Alongside one-to-one work, I facilitate therapeutic groups and deliver workshops for individuals, organisations, and clinical services. These can be delivered online or in person depending on the setting and needs of the group.
